**Position: Commercial Roofing Service Estimating Manager**
**Location**: Atlanta, GA
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: $60K - $80K based on experience
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the service estimating department, overseeing all aspects of commercial roofing service estimates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to review project scope and requirements, providing accurate and timely estimates for service projects.
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine material and labor requirements.
- Conduct on-site assessments and inspections to assess project needs and identify potential challenges or opportunities.
- Develop detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Utilize industry-leading software and tools to create professional proposals and presentations for clients.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and material costs to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation, with demonstrated expertise in service estimating.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools, CenterPoint Connect, Sumo Quote, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of estimators.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
