**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of commercial roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and single-ply membranes, under the guidance of the lead technician.
- Conduct inspections to assess roofing conditions, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to detect leaks, cracks, and other roofing problems.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop roofing plans, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure project timelines are met.
- Safely operate and maintain roofing tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document work performed, including materials used, repairs made, and hours worked.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in commercial roofing installation and repair is preferred but not required. Ability to use roofing tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow safety guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification or training in commercial roofing systems.
- Experience with different types of roofing membranes and coatings.
- Knowledge of modified bitumen roofing systems and ability to use roofing torch.
