**Responsibilities**:

- Upholding the CARE Customer Service standards
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, promotional events, and the Crown Rewards program with the customer.
- Upsell products to increase sales
- Assist in setting up promotional displays

Performs in a consistent manner to meet or exceed company Key Performing Indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to:

- Sales & Individual Average Transaction (IAT) goals
- Medallia goals (customer service)
- Crown Reward promotion and enrollment goals
- Uphold all loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Promotes and maintains a safe shopping/working environment by completing general housekeeping responsibilities.
- Contributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating values and behaviors consistent with our culture.
- Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds, i.e., fixture parts and cartons of product.

**Experience**:

- Previous retail experience preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
