Core Leadership Institute is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide full support to the CEO and to provide similar support to other members of the Executive Team. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Finally, this role requires the ability to proactively build organizational knowledge and relationships to be successful.

The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented.

**Responsibilities **include but are not limited to:

- Manage active calendars including scheduling internal and external meetings, across multiple time zones, and maintain strong collaboration with administrative peers to proactively address conflicts in scheduling
- Arranging complex and detailed global travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. Very comfortable with international time zones(London, Amsterdam, Singapore, etc.)
- Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO and other team members.
- Compiling documents for travel-related meetings; arrange work-related events, small/large meetings.
- Appropriately and discreetly manage information of a highly confidential and critical nature.
- Act as an integral member of the CLI team: participate in team meetings, initiatives and cooperate on coverage.
- Possesses LinkedIn competency.
- Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment; performs additional duties as needed

**Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of administrative support experience including supporting C-level executives.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software.
- Possess LinkedIn competency.
- High level of commitment, availability after hours and on weekends as needed.
- Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail with the ability to shift focus and priorities, when necessary, under pressure and within deadlines.
- Mature and thoughtful professional demonstrating sound professional judgment.
- A self-starter and able to self-motivate and keep focused and productive, even when the CEO is away and traveling for several weeks.
- Agile and not flustered in a very fast paced and quickly changing environment; must be able to prioritize in this environment and know when to ask for help. Comprehension that priorities change resulting in the need to be adaptable, focused, and positive.
- Willingness to “manage-up”, to assist the CEO’s set priorities and make trade-offs when needed; assists the CEO to keep focus on strategic activities and not get bogged down in “clutter.”
- Highly trustworthy and appreciates the confidential nature of correspondence with senior businesspeople. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business matters.
- Interested in self-development and getting feedback/coaching that is aimed at professional growth.

**Location/Work Hours**:Part-time role (approximately 50%).Hybrid Work arrangement with office in Harvard, MA. Must be willing and available to work outside of normal working hours, as needed, to provide Global support to the CEO and other team members.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
