**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events as well as coordinating design and production of exhibitions. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.

**Duties**:

- Plan and execute events, including participating in exhibition design and production, conference area setup, leading in organizing seminars, trade shows, and corporate meetings
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all event requirements are met
- Develop event budgets and manage expenses within budgetary constraints
- Create event marketing strategies to attract attendees and promote the event
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and breakdown
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event details are communicated effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees
- Manage guest services during events to ensure a positive experience for all participants
- Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and other service providers
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in event planning or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively market events and attract attendees
- Proficient in contract negotiation and vendor management
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Knowledge of banquet operations and catering services is a plus
- English is preferred, with Chinese a plus+

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.

Pay: $59,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
