Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, especially clinical staff to include nurses and therapists
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment processes

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the healthcare space, home care preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Familiarity with HR databases such as Viventium
- Strong negotiation skills for offer discussions
- Knowledge of employee relations and succession planning is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $74,799.00 per year
