**SUMMARY**

**ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handling administrative duties and recordkeeping
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Participate in weekly recruitment meetings with assigned managers to identify needs, challenges, and problem solve.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs, and strategic thinking about qualified applicant pools.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Facilitate all new hires and help them onboard: including required clearances, references, and needed verifications.
- Communicate all challenges with onboarding applicants to hiring managers as per established onboarding process.
- Ensure that all required onboarding documents are complete and accurately entered Paycom (HRIS)
- Sign off on onboarding document checklist to confirm

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience HR Recruiter or similar role in relevant industry environment.
- Experience with Paycom’s Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases preferred
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of regulatory compliance, including city, county, state, and federal laws for staff onboarding
- Available to work on site 2-3 days per week 9-5
