Como empleado de Real Property Management, usted es parte de un equipo y estará interactuando e involucrado con las operaciones y otros aspectos del negocio. Usted tendrá una sólida comprensión de lo que ofrecemos y una apreciación completa del valor que ofrecemos a nuestros clientes.

Proporcionamos formación en ventas de leasing y orientación sobre cómo realizar una demostración, y los agentes de leasing que tengan éxito pueden optar a bonificaciones, aumentos y ascensos.

**Sus responsabilidades como agente de arrendamiento**
- **Nutrir clientes potenciales** - Como primer punto de contacto para los solicitantes entrantes, se pondrá en contacto con los clientes potenciales para organizar visitas y hacer un seguimiento después de que las visitas se hayan completado. El objetivo es un contrato de arrendamiento firmado con éxito y un residente que alquila con nosotros una y otra vez.
- **Realización de visitas** - acompañará a los clientes potenciales por las propiedades que alquilamos y les ayudará a imaginarse viviendo en ellas. Todo el glamour de un agente de bienes raíces, pero con menos presión.
- **Obtenga solicitudes y contratos de alquiler** - Siga nuestro proceso para asegurarse de que el cliente potencial presenta una solicitud. Mantenga informado al solicitante durante todo el proceso y consiga que firme el contrato de alquiler.
- **Solicite opiniones y haga recomendaciones** - Como principal punto de contacto para los solicitantes, obtendrá opiniones directas sobre el precio del alquiler, las características y los servicios. Sus observaciones le ayudarán a influir en los precios de alquiler.

- Se le da muy bien la comunicación escrita y verbal, y crea fácilmente una buena relación. Familiaridad y experiência previa con la gestión de la propiedad y el arrendamiento son una ventaja

**Requisitos para el puesto de Agente de Arrendamientos**

- Debe tener un conocimiento práctico de varios programas informáticos.
- Debe tener experiência previa en el uso activo y la actualización de un CRM.
- Experiência previa en ventas o atención al cliente. Permiso de conducir en vigor.
