The **IT Support Technician** will provide end-user support via the IT Support Phone line, the online Help Desk ticketing system, and desk-side support.

**What you’ll accomplish**:

- Document, track, and monitor computer problems to ensure timely resolution
- Answer the IT Help Desk support phone and resolve Help Desk tickets
- Assist all employees with technical issues
- Assist new employees setup - user creation, mailbox, and other custom logins
- Collaborate with the IT team members to resolve technical issues

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong customer focus
- Self-starter
- Able to work independently in meeting the goals of the IT department
- Strong documentation skills
- Windows 10 skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Understanding of a Windows Active Directory environment
- Experience with multi-site Active Directory infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange 2016 and with VOIP phone setup and configuration
- Ability to periodically work outside regular work hours for system maintenance windows and IT projects
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
