As a part of the quality control/offline team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our modular commercial buildings meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations. You will conduct meticulous inspections then load all materials into the unit that need to ship with it.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings, including pictures of each unit before it leaves the facility.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Take proactive measures to address and rectify any mistakes or discrepancies found during inspections.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of framing, siding, roofing, and mechanical and electrical systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Good technical skills and the ability to understand construction processes.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
- The ability to work in the elements; part of the workday will be spent outside regardless of the weather.
