**Responsibilities**
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations promptly
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like the contact information and exact details of their services)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival
- Provide information about our clinic, therapists' expertise, rates, and amenities
- Respond to clients’ dissatisfaction in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our therapists to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully equipped to accommodate clients' needs
- Upsell packages, memberships, gift certificates, and additional services
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Support management in reaching goals and all other duties as assigned.

**Skills**
- Dynamic Personality while answering the phone and checking our guests
- Experience with spa or salon software, like Millenium or Meevo a plus
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Impeccability. Special attention to detail and ability to do complete work
- Ability to develop ideas and take leadership.
