**BRANCH MANAGER**

As a member of our Management Team, you will be involved with:

- Maintain communications between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding branch operations and productivity.
- Formulate recommendations and provide feedback to management regarding operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain control over audit procedures to ensure compliance with controls. If weaknesses are identified, report them to Regional Manager, Operations immediately.
- Assist in ensuring that the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Administration and other regulatory agencies.
- Monitor branch activity, including number of transactions, loan volume, sales volume, etc.
- Holds responsibility for auditing all new membership cards and for compliance before cards are signed. Deviances from procedure will be documented by the Regional Manager, Operations and reviewed with staff.
- Maintain knowledge of the Credit Unions’ products and services in order to efficiently train and motivate staff to cross-sell.
- Provide training and guidance to staff in regard to branch operations and policies.
- Schedule, supervise, and motivate branch staff in an effort to maintain optimal member service satisfaction levels.
- Coach staff to fulfill business plan goals.

**_ Requirements:_**
- Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. College graduate desirable.
- Superb member service orientation.
- Proven leadership experience with individuals and teams.
- Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Must demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills.
