Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Manage and deligate incoming client inquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in maintaining employee records
- Data entry into Client Relationship Management system
- Followup on pending transactions/policy changes
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in clerical or office administration roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Knowledge of Financial Services office management is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to pass a fingerprint and background check is a must

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
