**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling any other administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling system accurately, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and patients are informed of any necessary preparations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including collecting co-pays, deductibles, and payments for services rendered.
- Assist with insurance billing tasks, including verifying patient insurance coverage, submitting claims, and following up on outstanding claims as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient front desk operations.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments, ensuring rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival, check them in for appointments, and provide any necessary paperwork or instructions.
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues to appropriate staff members as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management to support clinic operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
- Proficiency in using computerized scheduling systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance billing procedures, and HIPAA regulations preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures as needed.

**Schedule**:
Monday - Friday, Saturday Morning.
