Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business results.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
