- **Cleaning Duties**: Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, emptying trash cans, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dishwashing area and kitchen.
- **Adhering to Safety Standards**: Following health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and ensuring the safe operation of kitchen equipment.
- **Teamwork**: Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and servers, to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of clean dishes and utensils.
- **Flexibility**: Being willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the restaurant and its busy periods.
- **Physical Requirements**: Dishwashers must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks. They should also have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- **Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment**: Contributing to a clean and safe work environment by following proper sanitation procedures, wearing appropriate protective gear such as gloves and aprons, and promptly cleaning up spills or messes.
