We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Tommy Bahama. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members.
Responsibilities- Set the Course: Foster a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order.
- Build the Perfect Oasis: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Support Your Crew: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring our guests have a memorable experience at Tommy Bahama.
- 1+ years of high-volume culinary/hospitality experience
- Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
- Basic knowledge of restaurant skills, including food/equipment/kitchenware/tableware storage and rotation, proper cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand for duration of shift and maneuver equipment/machinery
