We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Tommy Bahama. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Set the Standard for Cleanliness: Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Support the Kitchen Team: Collaborate with our chefs and cooks to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service to our guests and supporting your colleagues in achieving our high standards.
- Previous Experience: 1+ years of experience in a high-volume culinary or hospitality environment.
- Certifications: Current food handler's card and other certifications as required by federal, state, or local law.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently, bend, stoop, and kneel regularly, and stand for extended periods.
