In this role, you will develop an execution strategy for Google Workspace in the assigned market and work with the broader Google Cloud Sales team and partner ecosystem to prospect, qualify, develop, and close new Google Workspace opportunities. You will focus on building a robust pipeline and work with account teams to tailor customized solutions for our valued customers. You will engage with key stakeholders and IT decision-makers across various functional teams and industries. You will understand their issues and requirements and guide them towards the optimal solutions that Google Workspace offers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with customers, identifying their unique needs and issues both from a business and technical perspective.
- Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the business cycle and beyond.
- Develop and execute strategic campaigns to generate pipeline growth, accurately forecast outcomes and lead prospects through every stage of the business cycle, from initial contact to agreement closure.
- Gain expertise in the Google Workspace business process, analyzing potential in assigned territories and developing structured territory plans.
- Work with cross-functional Google Account teams, including Field Sales Representatives, Customer Engineers, and external partners, to enhance customer engagements and drive mutual success.
