- Operate an industrial dishwasher, wash and dry cookware and utensils by hand when necessary
- Sort, stack and store clean cookware and utensils.
- Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
- Clean dishwashing area
- Sweep & mop kitchen floors
- Clean kitchen tables and equipment
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Other duties as requested
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Willing to learn new things + act fast
- Be available to work various daytime, evening and weekend shifts
- Ability to thrive in an active, noisy, and demanding environment
- Be comfortable standing and walking for long periods during a very busy shift
