Key Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize all dishware, smallware, and kitchen items in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment and dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Remove trash and clean trash receptacles daily.
- Assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
- Ensure work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
- 1+ years of experience in kitchen positions.
- Hold a current state food handlers' certification.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
