Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
* Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets our high standards.
* Manage inventory levels, including storage and tracking of expiration dates.
* Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
* Complete beginning and closing shift duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
* Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
* Availability to work weekends and holidays.
