Concierge Manager

**Position Summary**: Concierges act **as the first point of contact between guests and an organization**. Our Concierge Manager is exceptional at Service Excellence, Event Planning, Customer Experience while leading a team of three concierges. Our Concierge Manager must have high drive, a sales acumen and a strong work ethic. If you possess those traits and desire to grow your own business, you are our next Team Leader.
**Job Responsibilities and Characteristics**
**Customer Service a must**
*Be able to plan events*
- Sorts and distributes mail
- Supports sales and leasing activities
- Supports property vendors/ couriers
- Maintains inventory and stock of supplies
- Works collaboratively with client employees
- Able to communicate clearly and in a friendly and kind manner
- Stands and greets all residents and guests by providing superior service excellence
- Understands all essential aspects of the client’s organization and operation
- Maintains a positive and professional relationship with residents and guests
- Builds knowledge of local area amenities to best answer resident and guest questions
- Answers phone calls with a friendly and helpful tone and communicates messages when necessary
- Assists residents and guests in a professional and efficient manner and provides follow-up when necessary by overseeing, scheduling and supporting at team of six employees

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated desire through experience to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with client employees residents, guests and vendors
**Experience and Education**
- High school degree or GED required
- Some higher education credits preferred
- Minimum five-year service excellence/ customer service experience required
- Working knowledge of office software, mailroom activities, point-of-sale and phone systems
- **Must have at least 2 years supervisory or managerial experience**
**Work Environment**
- Will be working at the front desk inside a Class A residential property in downtown Tampa.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
