**About us**

**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant/Forklift Operator

**Job Qualifications**:

- Must be at least 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to work; as dependable work attendance is required
- Self-motivated professional with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quickbooks experience is a plus (or the willingness to learn a new software
- if not proficient in Quickbooks)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- as customer service is a priority
- Multi-tasking, Organizational and Time Management skills are a must
- Shipping and Receiving
- Pull and prep orders for shipping and/or pick up
- Assist in maintaining inventory counts
- Comply with safety standards and procedures

**Job duties include**:

- Greet and welcome customers
- Handle material pick-ups
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Order entry, payment processing and daily invoicing
- Daily Filing
- General office duties
- Must be able to lift, push or pull over 100 LBS.
- Ability to operate Forklift
- Fork Lift Certification, is a plus

Pay: $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

- Customer Service and Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
