Maleko personnel is currently hiring a responsible forklift operator in the Fort Worth  area for loading/unloading lumber 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform safety inspection and complete form on forklift before operating forklift.
  • Make sure all pallets are secured, shrink-wrapped, and appropriately strapped.
  • Stage complete orders and prepare for loading.
  • Perform final checks when loading pallets following safety regulations.
  • Assist in unloading the finished product from the production facility.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Comply with safety policies.
  • Maintain safe work practices and environment.
  • Communicate as necessary with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Additional duties as assigned by leads, coordinator, and management

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • At least one year of experience driving a forklift.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations when operating a forklift.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Punctuality is a must.
