About Stretch Ventures: Stretch Ventures is a leading franchisee of StretchLab, a premier provider of one-on-one assisted stretching. With ownership of 10 Stretchlab locations and plans to expand to at least 20 in the next few years, we're at the forefront of the fitness industry, transforming lives one stretch at a time.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience.
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the Leadership Team.
- Passion for fitness and wellness.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with computers and studio software.
- Adaptable, with a high work ethic and friendly demeanor.
- Accountability and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Duties**:

- Lead generation, including grassroots marketing and networking.
- Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
- Drive membership sales through various channels, including outside sales and local grassroots events.
- Manage staff schedules and supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists.
- Proficiency in studio software for reporting and attendance tracking.
- Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
- Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures.
- Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Pay range $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
- Commissions on membership sales.
- Monthly bonuses based on achieving certain KPIs.
- Benefits package available to full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
