Your Role: As our Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, overseeing the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance operations that keep our projects running smoothly. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, from maintenance crews to administrative staff, to ensure seamless execution of our services. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing an outdoor cleaning, powerwashing and beautification program, the staff schedules and assignments to optimize efficiency. We keep DC a beautiful and healthy place to visit. Sweeping, Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Painting, Planting, Weeding...everything that a community needs to be a premier visitors' destination.

Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to uphold the highest standards of workplace safety

Monitoring budgetary performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings

Fostering positive relationships with residents, visitors, clients and stakeholders through clear communication and exceptional service delivery

Leading by example, embodying our values of integrity, accountability, and excellence in all that you do
- Proven experience (5+) in Ground Maintenance, Project Management and/or Operations management or a related field, with a track record of success in leadership roles
- Proven experience in recruiting, hiring and onboarding new employees, coaching and growing your team to not only meet but exceed your expectations
- Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to continuously juggle, reorganize and manage multiple priorities without ever compromising quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of understanding
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle any challenge head-on. This is a working manager role. You will get dirty But, you will relish in the fruits of your labor
- A passion for urban revitalization and a commitment to creating positive change in the communities we serve

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
