**Lead Material Handler, FT Nights**:
Our Distribution Center is looking for a dynamic professional for the role of Lead on our night team. This is an outstanding opportunity to help drive the improvement and success of all our team members.

We currently have the following shift available on nights:

- Night Shift, Full-time
- Sunday 6:00 pm start until completion
- Monday through Thursday, 7:30 pm start until completion
- Working overtime is mandatory as required.

**Responsibilities**:
The Lead position will involve:

- Assisting the Operations Manager and department leaders in the training and development of all warehouse associates
- Using current training methods as well as creating and implementing new processes as needed
- Manage all training records through the use of Microsoft Excel
- Manage and maintain all signed documentation needed for training completion in all areas.
- Train individuals in inventory, receiving, picking, packing, quality control, sorting, loading, and replenishment functions.
- Monitor employee performance to determine areas of improvement. Create and implement training steps as needed.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.

**Additional Skills**:

- Working knowledge of Material Handling functionalities to include: picking/packing, receiving, sorting, replenishment, inventory functions, scanning, power equipment operation
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent communication with the ability to speak clearly and professionally while explaining and demonstrating the process
- Identify areas of opportunity or concern and create both process and training to drive needed improvement
- Passion and commitment to the success of all team members

**Special Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the ACUMAX system, inventory/warehouse methodology
- Must not be on disciplinary action for any reason

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

**Our Base Pay Range for this position**:
$22.28 - $37.13
