- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal informationr
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in guest relations, front desk, or customer service is preferred. Hilton experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of phone systems and proficiency in phone etiquette
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus
- Fluent in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable (e.g., Spanish)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
