Project Administrator

Truealty is a Real Estate, development, Construction and Services Company Servicing the local Community for over 60 years. We are looking to fill one position of Project Administrator who are dedicated, honest and diligent. The Company provides great growth opportunity with benefits and Stock options.
The Job responsibilities include:
1. Handle New Home Construction Sales.
2. Excellent communication skills with customers, other designers & vendors
3. Schedule and co-ordinate Project permits, inspections
4. Provide Excellent customer Support
5. coordinate Vendor bids, invoices, payments
6. coordinate customer contracts, sign off, deposit collection
7. Document Processes
8. File Warranty and insurance claims
9. Take payments, enter Bills, invoices, and any data entry
Key Job Requirements are:
1. Willing to obtain Realtor and Notary Licenses
2. Great outgoing and pleasing personality
3. quick learner of technology and systems
5. flexibility to adjust
6. Team Player.
7. Able to speak both English and Spanish

Pay: $37,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
