**Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:

- Manage mechanical cooling and refrigeration construction projects of various sizes.
- Use MS Office to update weekly ongoing and upcoming Construction schedule with workforce management.
- Work with Project Engineers to plan the start of new projects, such as what is required for rentals, tools, labor, materials, equipment, manpower, and so forth.
- Conduct progress and final QA (Quality Assessment) on projects in the field.
- Attend pre-construction meetings, and jobsite coordination/trailer meetings.
- Visit job sites for ongoing projects to manage field progress.
- Facilitate to keep Foreman, welders, and construction workers working onsite.
- Order and cancel rental equipment as needed if foreman cannot.
- Provide updates on project progress.
- Attend construction meetings with management.
- Safety responsibilities (safety tailgates, onsite inspections, attending monthly safety meetings, and working with the Safety Department).
- Coordinate to take equipment delivery (as needed).
- Help with ordering material (as needed).
- Manage construction warranties and as-build plans.
- Assist in other tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Able to manage multiple construction projects and meet project deadlines.
- Have experience with construction and/or how mechanical and refrigeration systems are installed in the field.
- Must be computer proficient with MS Office and have good typing skills.
- Able to read construction plans.
- Able to travel to construction jobsites.
- Show attention to details.
- Able to communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
- Knowledge of MS Project and CAD software a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
