Join our team as a **Site Construction Estimator** You'll estimate site work for construction projects, reporting directly to the VP of Development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed estimates for project bidding, including labor, materials, subcontractor, and equipment costs.
- Utilize estimating software for accurate project assessments.
- Review proposal specs, attend pre-bid meetings, and meet with owners to determine project scope.
- Recommend vendors/subcontractors, negotiate pricing for competitive bids.
- Interface with stakeholders, providing engineering and cost data.
- Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and monitor project costs/schedules.
- Incorporate delay-free systems into bid preparation.

Competencies:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of construction experience in estimating, operations, or engineering.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Property management or multifamily construction experience preferred.
