Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- *Answer and redirect phone calls
- Filing, mailing, scanning, spreading, faxing, and photocopying
- Assist with the preparation of reports
- Order office supplies
- Coordinate Handyman services
- Bank check deposits
- Amazon shopping services for clients
- Other duties as assigned
**Skills**:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, has common sense, high energy and enjoys providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
