**This is a full-time hybrid position that will require 2-3 days per week in our Philadelphia office location, with remote work flexibility.**

Comoto is looking for passionate creatives who are always looking to challenge themselves, and spark others to achieve truly inspiring results. As Graphic Designer, you will report to our Art Director, but will collaborate alongside the creative team from concept through execution.

Our Next Graphic Designer Will:

- Develop creative and effective design solutions for marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Art Director.
- Plan and organize your workload to meet all deadlines, be proactive with your tasks, and set clear exceptions for yourself.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency across all platforms by working with appropriate cross-functional team members.
- Contribute to critiques honestly and directly while remaining open to others' criticism and direction.
- Stay curious about what makes for excellent design communications and best practices in the current design landscape.
- Make informed design decisions based on current design trends and motorcycle market/industry trends.

**Qualifications**
Our next Graphic Designer has:

- 2-4 years of professional or equivalent education in Graphic Design or a related design discipline.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. After Effects knowledge or experience is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, even when working under pressure.
- Ability to multitask, remain organized and communicate effectively.
- Communicate well, both written and verbally; deliver ideas and decisions professionally.
- Ability to explain the rationale behind your design decisions to creative and non-creative audiences.
- Experience working on a design team.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and information hierarchy and concept development.
- Take direction and constructive critiques well while also working autonomously and providing self-direction when needed.
- Impeccable organizational skills; from filenames to layered files, you make it easy for others on the team to navigate and review your work, or jump in at any time.
