As one of the largest providers of cleaning and janitorial supplies in the country, the Staples Facility Solutions team is made up of certified facility experts that are experienced in every aspect of commercial cleaning. Skilled at finding inefficiencies in their client’s operations, our team partners with customers to develop cost-effective facility solutions that meet the needs of their specific business and industry.

This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of experienced Facility Solutions (FS) National Account Directors (NADs) to capture incremental opportunities with our largest and most complex customers in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Building Service Contractor (BSC) market, as well as retain customers through contract renewal negotiations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Own sales and profitability across the book of accounts assigned to their National Account Directors
- Develop senior relationships with key targets and top accounts, across diverse personas, influencers, and strategic partners (Customers, Manufacturers, GPOs, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date on all Janitorial and Breakroom industry trends, solutions and best practices
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Pricing, Merchandising, Marketing, etc.), other sales teams; AVP, Commercial Real Estate/BSC; VP FS Vertical Markets; etc. by maintaining regular communication regarding largest opportunities through formally scheduled meetings and informal channels
- Conduct team meetings to share wins, insights, drive corporate initiatives and for the purpose of product and process learning and development
- Monitor emerging marketplace trends and available data to drive decision making and ensure evolution of sales strategy and execution
- Fosters a culture of inclusion, open communication, collaboration, goal achievement, and accountability
- Hold associates accountable to meet individual KPI and sales targets
- Hire, retain, and grow talent
- Attend appointments (virtually and in-person) with your associates

**What you bring to the table**:
You are a sales leader with a strong understanding of selling and servicing Commercial Real Estate companies and Building Service Contractor customers, and with ability to lead tenured teams in a multi-tiered, business-to-business selling environment. You are passionate about getting it done, delivering for customers, and winning together.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of JanSan industry related experience with focus on CRE/BSC segments
- Ability to lead a high-performing sales team by having demonstrated track record of directing positive sales outcomes with and without authority

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the Janitorial Cleaning industry (services, manufacturing, distribution)
- Extensive experience selling to end-users in the Commercial Real Estate and Building Service Contractor market segment
