**Real Estate Agent - Commission-Based**

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to generate leads and facilitate sales opportunities.
- Identify and assess sales prospects via cold calling and diligent lead follow-up.
- Foster enduring client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with realtors and mortgage loan officers to achieve sales targets and meet organizational objectives.
- Leverage CRM software such as Salesforce for meticulous tracking and management of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitors' strategies to effectively articulate value propositions to clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and furnishing product information.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience required.
- Proficiency in English or Spanish with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and quotas.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for efficient lead management and sales monitoring.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities enabling the establishment of rapport and cultivation of enduring client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a robust work ethic, capable of both independent work and effective teamwork.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Compensation**: $40,159.79 - $120,000.00 per year (commission-based)

**Experience Level**: No experience needed

**Supplemental Pay Types**: Commission pay
