**Responsibilities**:

- Work in the office Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5:00 pm
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area and office are tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials stocked
- Receive, track, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Assist with clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

This is a **fulltime** position
