We are a growing private practice by the beautiful South Mountain in Phoenix.

Associate-level clinicians are invited to join us to help our clients heal, grow, and thrive.

**Requirements**:

- Must have an unrestricted associate counselor license (LAC, LMFT, or LMSW) by AZ State Board to provide counseling.
- Pass background checks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have strong professional boundaries and ethics.
- Provide counseling **in-person ** at our office by South Mountain.
- High proficiency in technology.

Job duties (This is not an exclusive list.)
- Conduct a thorough biopsychosocial assessment for new clients.
- Provide counseling services to diverse clients by utilizing evidence-based approaches.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with all applicable professional standards and the agency's policies.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
