**Job Description: Project Manager**

As a Project Manager at Reich Construction LLC, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

**Responsibilities include**:
Managing Project Timelines**:Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget,**
**managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.**
**Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams**: Work with architects, engineers,
subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
Innovative Construction Methodologies**:Implement innovative construction**
**methodologies and leverage technology to optimize project efficiency and quality.**
**Leadership and Mentorship**: Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams,
fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Client Relationships**:Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring customer**
**satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with Pre-Engineered steel buildings.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel to job sites across the United States.
- Significant experience in Pre-Engineered steel building construction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Work in our offices in Glenwood Maryland.
