We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management and be proficient in using Knowify software. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electrical construction projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will utilize Knowify software to manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and communication with team members. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage project teams and resources.

Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage electrical construction projects from initiation to closeout.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate project activities, including procurement, subcontractor management, and scheduling of resources.
- Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Communicate regularly with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and team members to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
- Review and approve change orders, subcontractor invoices, and project documentation.
- Utilize Knowify software to track project costs, generate reports, and manage project communication.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Facilitate project closeout activities, including final inspections, commissioning, and client handover.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using Knowify software for project management and scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage project teams, subcontractors, and resources.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in project documentation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Professional certification (e.g., Project Management Professional) is a plus.
