The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an executive assistant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and a diverse group of people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks for CEO and CFO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes highly confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives and successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach that facilitates assigned leaders’ ability to effectively perform their roles.
- Demonstrating ability to organize and manage projects, meetings, and events.
- Prioritizing conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Recognizing and maintaining confidentiality along with other duties as assigned
Your Skills and Expertise
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years’ executive level administration experience
- 5+ years' experience managing various C Suite executives required

- Excellent analytical, communication, creativity and organization/planning skills
- Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
- Microsoft 365 skills required
- Extensive project management skills required
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
