**Your Responsibilities**:
As a **Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator** at **John Deere Horicon Works** in **Horicon, WI**, centrally located between Madison and Milwaukee, you will facilitate and implement the Continuous Improvement (CI) process. In addition, you will:

- Be responsible for driving and supporting a culture of continuous improvement and change that is aligned with the organizational goals.
- Drive adherence to timelines and completion within the CI process while interacting with key stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and meet organizational metrics.
- Provide coaching and training as it relates to CI.
- Collect and analyze data trends to guide decision-making.

- Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and lean principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter and able to work autonomously.
- Identify and resolve potential risks and obstacles that may hinder the success of improvement projects.
- Must be willing to be a hands-on performer and spend significant time on the plant production floor and support CI across shifts as needed.
