Material Flow Engineer

Rose International is seeking a highly skilled Material Flow Engineer to support the strategic alignment of material flow processes and strategies within our client's factory. As a key member of our team, you will lead and facilitate projects of moderate scope, supporting the material movement, storage, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate projects to optimize material flow processes and strategies
- Train stakeholders on material flow processes and tools
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production Planning to support processes and analysis related to warehouse, transportation, and inter-factory logistics
- Support the factory's continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and visual factory programs
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Process-oriented with initiative in problem-solving, identifying solutions, and sustaining results
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Industrial Engineering background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of SAP and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Power BI, Python, and other related data management software
- Experience with warehouse material flow and data analytics
- Knowledge of robotic automation and Python programming
