- Support development and execution of financial strategy for Takeda Plasma Derived Therapies (PDT) by conducting financial analysis and shaping financial story and presentations.

- Assist with the financial consolidation reporting and planning processes for the Global Plasma-Derived Therapies businesses.
- Key role in preparation of PDT financial forecasts and reporting (consolidate financial analysis, develop presentation materials, contribute to messaging / storyline flow)

**_ ACCOUNTABILITIES _**
- Support building storyline and messaging around financial data to communicate clear and consistent performance picture internally and externally.
- Interact with key stakeholders across PDT value chain (strategy, R&D, plasma collection, manufacturing, operations, marketing, and sales) to ensure understanding of financial drivers and alignment on financial strategy and messaging.
- Consolidate PDT Global P&L and business partner with relevant stakeholders to understand key performance drivers.
- Provide business finance partnership support to PDT management team on topics related to current business optimization, strategic and business development projects, preparation of financial budgets and forecasts.
- Support and challenge commercial and functional stakeholders during preparation and reviews of PDT Mid-Range Plan (MRP), Long Range Forecast (LRF), and Mid-Year Commitment (MYC).
- Lead consolidation efforts of presentation materials and participate in story development / BU messaging for major financial forecasts (MRP, LRF, MYC)
- Oversee concise and well-thought-out financial presentations for Plan/Update reviews with senior management.
- Develop and actively communicate all relevant, reliable, and insightful information / analysis to key business partners.
- Manage the process and timelines for the ad-hoc typed analysis.
- Other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Min. Finance/Business Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred.

$149,100.00 - $234,300.00
