We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager with a proven track record of creating and implementing systems, developing organizational charts, writing job descriptions, and managing operations across multiple locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement standardized systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across all restaurant locations, including but not limited to: inventory management, staffing protocols, scheduling procedures, and quality control measures. Continuously evaluate and refine these systems to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends.
- Create and maintain organizational charts outlining reporting structures and roles within the company. Ensure clear delineation of responsibilities and accountability at each level. Regularly review and adjust reporting structures as needed to optimize efficiency and facilitate communication.
- Write comprehensive job descriptions for all positions within the organization, reflecting the specific needs and requirements of each location. Regularly review and update job descriptions to align with evolving business needs and ensure clarity of expectations for all team members.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to restaurant managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. Implement training programs and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the performance of each location and identify areas for improvement. Develop action plans to address any issues and optimize performance. Analyze sales data, labor costs, and other metrics to make data-driven decisions and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability. Provide insights and recommendations based on operational data and market trends. Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- Conduct regular site visits to each restaurant location to assess operations, address any challenges or concerns, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Conduct operational audits to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure consistency across locations.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a customer-centric approach and strive to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity. Implement service recovery procedures to retain customer loyalty and mitigate negative feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve operations. Attend conferences, workshops, and networking events to expand knowledge and stay connected with industry peers. Share insights and best practices with the team to drive innovation and excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple locations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to create and implement systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
