Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as coding and filing
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle billing and insurance verification processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Strong patient service skills
- Knowledge of vital signs and basic patient care
- Ability to handle medication administration tasks
- Familiarity with X-Ray procedures
- Understanding of anatomy and medical administrative support
- Experience with inhale techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
