**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollo de Segmentos de Mercado: Desarrollar completamente segmentos de mercado y alcanzar metas de noches de habitación y ingresos a través de esfuerzos estratégicos de ventas.
- Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes: Cultivar relaciones a largo plazo con clientes potenciales y establecidos mediante una comunicación efectiva verbal y escrita y un servicio al cliente excepcional.
- Gestión de Cuentas Clave: Maximizar los ingresos de las cuentas clave actuales del hotel mientras se identifican y capturan oportunidades de crecimiento de ingresos.
- Desarrollo de Nuevos Negocios: Identificar, dirigir y desarrollar nuevas cuentas clave que se alineen con los segmentos objetivo y las metas de ingresos del hotel.
- Gestión de Cuentas: Realizar un seguimiento y gestionar activamente la producción y llegadas de cuentas, garantizando la generación máxima de ingresos.
- Oportunidades de Venta Cruzada: Identificar y realizar ventas cruzadas de reuniones y otras ofertas dentro del hotel y el portafolio de Proper.
- Análisis de Mercado: Analizar oportunidades de negocios, investigar tendencias de mercado, monitorear la competencia y comprender las necesidades de los clientes para capitalizar las oportunidades de ventas.
- Capacitación del Equipo: Capacitar y educar al equipo de la propiedad sobre las expectativas y procesos de los segmentos de mercado para mejorar la efectividad de las ventas.
- Participación en Ferias Comerciales: Asistir a ferias comerciales clave para promocionar el hotel y establecer relaciones con clientes potenciales.
- Participación en Reuniones: Participar en reuniones de ventas mensuales, reuniones diarias en pie y reuniones adicionales según lo asignado por el Director de Ventas y Marketing.

**Calificaciones**:

- Se prefiere Licenciatura.
- Mínimo de tres años de experiência en ventas relacionadas con la hospitalidad.
- Experiência previa en ventas hoteleras en un mercado de lujo o estilo de vida altamente preferida.
- Habilidades sólidas de ventas con un historial comprobado de generación de ingresos.
- Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas, análisis, organización, presentación y comunicación.
- Dominio en pronósticos, prospección, PMS y software Delphi.
- Capacidad para prosperar en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.
