We are seeking a positive, energetic, self-motivated, organized, and innovative Marketing Specialist to collaborate on creating and implementing marketing strategies across various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives for growing our reach and sales in Coastal San Diego.
- Help develop and implement consistent marketing with the company brand and identity across the following mediums:

- Websites: Manage and optimize website content and functionality to showcase our consumer offerings and drive lead generation. Website assessment for current site vs newest technology offerings.
- Print Marketing: Coordinate the design and distribution of print materials specific to residential properties, such as brochures, flyers, and magazine advertisements.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage social media platforms with brand theme to build brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with the l community.
- Video Marketing: Conceptualize and produce captivating video content highlighting coastal properties, lifestyle, and attractions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or practical experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the real estate industry with a focus on design, content creation, and call to action marketing.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and video editing tools is a plus.
- Flexible availability for 20-30 hours per week, with opportunities for full-time employment.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive hourly wage of $25/hr plus quarterly bonus based on hitting accountability metrics
