We are currently seeking a dental front desk administrator who possesses a professional, polished, outgoing personality and who is highly organized with the ability to multi task.

Must have strong interpersonal skills verbal and nonverbal, along with substantial knowledge/prior training of dental insurance and billing as well as the ability to handle all aspects of appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Phones
- Scheduling
- Billing/Collections
- Overseeing other staff in absence of office manager
- Chart pulling/filing
- Helping with infection control procedures in the office
- Insurance billing

*Bilingual is a plus

*Proficiency in Word, Excel, Ortho2, and Vistadent is a plus

Part Time

Monday's and Wednesdays with occasional Saturdays

Compensation rate will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
