**Member Duties**: As an Edu-Futuro Program Facilitator, your role involves planning and conducting pre-ELP and summer activities, preparing and facilitating workshops, maintaining accurate data, administering budgets, recruiting and training volunteers, and participating in team responsibilities. You will need to ensure compliance with all site policies and procedures and participate in weekly meetings and training. As part of your duties, you must fully participate in team responsibilities, including enhancing programming, promoting Edu-Futuro and AmeriCorps, planning events, and conducting regular team activities. You will also administer surveys, build relationships, attend weekly meetings and training sessions, and ensure compliance with site policies and procedures.
